Is ChaseDocs a good RequestLoops alternative?
It depends on one question: do your clients answer chat faster than they answer email? RequestLoops sends over email and SMS. ChaseDocs sends the request and the reminders over WhatsApp, which for client-facing firms across Southeast Asia, Australia and much of Europe is the channel that actually gets opened. If your clients live in their inbox and always have, that difference is worth nothing to you and the cheaper tool is the right answer.

Do both tools put files in my Google Drive?
Both sync uploads into your own cloud, and RequestLoops covers more platforms than we do — Google Drive and OneDrive against our Google Drive alone. The part we could not confirm is whether RequestLoops also keeps the original after syncing; their site does not say, so we are not going to claim it either way. What ChaseDocs does is documented: the upload is written into your connected Drive as the file of record, and we keep the checklist, the validation result and a pointer. A single encrypted copy is used for the AI pass and deleted the moment it finishes.
When should I choose RequestLoops?
When you need a straightforward, inexpensive request form that chases over email and SMS, and you do not need chat delivery or a content-level check on what comes back.
