Do you store my clients’ documents?
No. Connect your Google Drive and every upload lands there, named for the client and the document, in a folder you can move or nest inside the client folders you already keep. It is not a second file location — your Drive holds the only copy. ChaseDocs keeps the checklist, the validation result, and a pointer. We take a transient, encrypted copy solely for the AI check, then delete it. Prefer zero setup? A short-retention encrypted ChaseDocs bucket is the fallback.
Does my client need an account or an app?
No. They tap the link, upload on their phone, and answer any questions. No login, no app, no password. That is the whole point: friction kills completion.
What does the AI actually check?
It reads each upload and verifies the document type, the period it covers, whether it is readable, and whether anything is missing, then flags issues and auto-names the file. It also checks documents against the dates you are collecting for — an ID or passport that expires too soon gets flagged with the reason, not quietly accepted. A human still approves; the AI just does the first pass.

WhatsApp and email at launch. The messaging layer is built as an adapter, so LINE and Zalo can be added as we enter those markets.
