- 8 Both have real AI pointed at different problems. Content Snare has an AI request builder that helps compose what to ask for; we found no documented check of what the client sends back. FileInvite matches and routes incoming documents to the right customer, loan and request, and renames files automatically. ChaseDocs reads the document and judges it: right document, right period, expiring before the date you set, legible.

When neither answer fits
There are two questions where both products give the same answer, and if yours is different then neither is the tool. The first is the channel: both send over email and SMS, and neither sends over WhatsApp. The second is custody: both hold your clients' documents and sync a copy to your cloud, so the original stays with the vendor.
ChaseDocs is built the other way round on both. Requests and reminders go over WhatsApp or email, chosen per request. The upload is written into your own cloud storage as the file of record, and we keep the checklist, the validation result and a pointer. Each upload is read and checked — right document, right period, not expiring before the date you set, legible — before anyone on your team opens it. Do either of them keep my documents in my own cloud?
Both sync a copy into your storage, and FileInvite does it on every tier, which is better than most tools in the category. The distinction worth understanding is custody rather than integration: with both products the documents also live with the vendor, and the copy in your cloud is a copy. If you need the original to be the one in your own storage, neither is built that way.
Does either send requests over WhatsApp?
Neither. Content Snare sends over email and SMS; FileInvite over email and SMS. For firms in Southeast Asia, and for a large share of client-facing firms in Australia and Europe, that is the difference between a request that is opened within the hour and one that is read on Friday. If your clients live in their inbox, it costs you nothing.
Where does ChaseDocs fit between the two?
It is not a middle ground on price or on depth, and it does not beat either at its own job. ChaseDocs is a third option defined by two things neither product does: it sends the request and the reminders over WhatsApp, and the file of record stays in your own cloud rather than the vendor's.
