What is ChaseDocs for an education agent?
ChaseDocs is a document-collection tool for education agents and study-abroad consultancies. You build a checklist once, send each student their own no-login link over WhatsApp, and automated reminders chase them until it is done. How is this different from just asking on WhatsApp?

Where do the passports and transcripts end up?
In your own cloud storage. Connect Google Drive and uploads route straight there — ChaseDocs keeps the checklist, the validation result and a pointer to the file, never the document itself. A single encrypted copy is used for the AI check and deleted the moment it finishes. If you would rather not connect storage on day one, a short-retention encrypted bucket is the zero-config fallback.
Is this compliant with PDPA?
Student passports, national IDs and family financial records are regulated personal data under PDPA in Singapore and Malaysia, and under Indonesia’s PDP law.
